4th District Director Robert Voegele
The
Bob Voegele operation near Arkansas
City is a third generation diversified agriculture enterprise consisting of
grain and livestock production. They raise wheat, soybeans, grain sorghum, corn,
prairie hay and alfalfa. The Voegeles also manage a cow-calf herd consisting of
120 head.
Prior to his election to the
Kansas Farm Bureau board of directors, Bob served as president of the Cowley
County Farm Bureau. During his tenure, the Cowley County Farm Bureau has been
recognized for safety & health promotion and leadership development.
Bob is active in the Cowley
County livestock association,
the economic development efforts of the Cowley
County extension council and
served a dozen years on the Bolton township board.
Bob and his wife, Jackie, are the parents of three children: Candace, Brenda and
Barbara.
