Farm Bill Implementation - The 2008 Farm Bill contains substantial reforms and a number of new programs.  We're seeking input from producers about challenges encountered as they have sought information about or attempted to enroll in programs under the new bill.  Typical examples could include new payment limits, prohibitions on payments to certain owners, etc.

Transportation - the 111th Congress will re-authorize the federal highway transportation act which will provide the opportunity for agriculture to address many of the issues faced by our members over the last several years.  We're interested in collecting input related to CDLs, IFTA, weight limits, the 150 and 100 air mile radius, intra and inter-state transportation of commodities and inputs, etc.
