COOKING FOR CROWDS

Food being prepared for large groups of people is often cooked on a rotating system. When one burger is done, you slap a raw patty in its place. Unfortunately, this system is conducive to cross-contamination of cooked and raw meat. These materials emphasize the importance of safe cooking methods and give tips on throwing a great party, while maintaining food safety practices!
