Through meaningful connections, leadership development and hands-on opportunities, YF&R cultivates the next generation of agricultural leaders to grow, advocate and thrive.

The YF&R committee is comprised of 10 appointments, representing all 10 Kansas Farm Bureau districts. This committee serves a two-year term while gaining industry connections, leadership skills and both state and national engagement. This committee assists with organizing state and local YF&R events.
