Join Kansas Farm Bureau on a scenic tour of agriculture in the beautiful state of Louisiana.

Registration costs are $1,500 for a single traveler and $2,800 for double occupancy.

Airfare is NOT included in registration and is the participant's responsibility to book and pay separately.

Travel expenses to/from the airport, average of one meal per day and incidentals are also the responsibility of the participants.

Tentative Itinerary

Monday, Oct. 14
Travel day – arrive in Baton Rouge and enjoy a group dinner at the Louisiana Farm Bureau headquarters.

Tuesday, Oct. 15
Tour highlights include visits to farms, ranches and a nursery. In the evening, enjoy dinner, a tour and an overnight stay at The Myrtles Plantation in St. Francisville.

Wednesday, Oct. 16
Tour highlights include a visit to a sugarcane mill and an alligator farm. Dinner and overnight accommodations will be at L’Terre: Live Oak Plantation.

Thursday, Oct. 17
Tour highlights include rice fields, a crawfish farm, airboat rides and alligator sightings, along with visits to Tabasco and Avery Island. Dinner and overnight accommodations will be in Baton Rouge.

Friday, Oct. 18
Travel home.
