The 2018 Kansas Farm Bureau Ag Advisory Committees will have their respective committee meetings on January 25 or 26, 2018 in Manhattan. There, they will discuss issues related to their specific commodities and develop recommendations for the KFB Board of Directors.
The evening of Thursday, January 25, a dinner and discussion will be held for Kansas Farm Bureau Members. The evening will include an update from KFB Leadership as well as a keynote address.
Friday, January 26 participants are invited to attend the general session of the Kansas Commodity Classic. The Kansas Commodity Classic is an annual event sponsored by the Kansas Corn, Grain Sorghum and Wheat Commissions bringing the various grower groups together. The general session includes presentations from leading industry and policy experts addressing some of the key commodity issues and uncertainties facing Kansas growers in the year ahead. An agenda for the Kansas Commodity Classic will be available in early December.
